Summary

By using dartroom.me, you agree to these terms. dartroom.me is provided as a live darts scoring and room-sharing app for casual and league play. You are responsible for how you use shared links, public rooms, player names, and any content or live media you bring into the app. Turn Cam and Voice are strictly for adults aged 18 or over and are subject to zero-tolerance rules against inappropriate or abusive use.

Using dartroom.me

You may use the service only in a lawful way and only for running or viewing darts rooms, matches, and related scoring features. You must not use the service to interfere with other users, scrape room data, reverse engineer the platform, or attempt to bypass security or access controls.

Accounts and display names

Some features may be used anonymously, while others may require a signed-in account. You are responsible for the name, nickname, date of birth, and profile details submitted from your account. Usernames must be unique. Do not impersonate another person, use offensive names, submit false age information, or enter content you do not have the right to share.

Public rooms and shared links

If you create or share a public room or invite link, anyone with access to that link or listing may be able to view room details, player names, and live scoring state. You are responsible for deciding what information to share and with whom.

Turn Cam and Voice: adults only

Turn Cam and Voice are only available to users aged 18 or over who complete the account age check and accept the feature rules. If you are under 18, you must not use Turn Cam or Voice. Under-18 users may still use other parts of dartroom.me, including game modes, rooms, and stats, but not these live media features.

If the date of birth entered for your account shows that you are under 18, your account may be permanently blocked from Turn Cam and Voice. Attempts to bypass this rule, submit false age information, or access these features through another account may lead to additional restrictions.

Turn Cam and Voice conduct rules

• Do not use Turn Cam or Voice for harassment, bullying, threats, hate, or intimidation.
• Do not use Turn Cam or Voice for nudity, sexual content, exploitation, or any inappropriate material.
• Do not use Turn Cam or Voice for illegal activity, grooming, abuse, or anything unsafe.
• Do not stream people without permission or use these features in a deceptive or harmful way.

We do not accept inappropriate use of Turn Cam or Voice. If we believe these features are being misused, we may permanently ban the account from Turn Cam and Voice, restrict related access, or take other action needed to protect users and the service.

Permissions and feature availability

Voice, camera, install, share, and similar browser features depend on device permissions, browser support, and network conditions. You can deny or revoke those permissions at any time through your browser or device settings. We do not guarantee that every feature will work on every device or network.

Acceptable use

• Do not abuse, harass, threaten, or spam other users.
• Do not upload, stream, or share unlawful, infringing, explicit, or offensive content.
• Do not try to overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not use the service in a way that breaks applicable laws or regulations.

Enforcement

We may investigate misuse reports, safety issues, access abuse, and age-gating violations. We may remove access to Turn Cam or Voice permanently, block feature use, close rooms, or suspend other access when we believe it is necessary for user safety, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

Availability and changes

The service may change over time. Features may be added, removed, paused, or updated without notice. We may also suspend or restrict access if the service is being misused, if security requires it, or if the app is being maintained.

No warranty

dartroom.me is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, dartroom.me and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-loss-related damages arising from your use of the service.
