How to request deletion
If you are signed in with Google, you can also open your own profile page in the app and use the self-serve Delete my account action there.
To request deletion of your Dartroom account and associated data, email support@dartroom.me from the email address linked to your account, or include your Dartroom UID in the request.
Use the subject line Account Deletion Request and tell us whether you want:
- your full account deleted, or
- only certain data removed where possible.
What we delete
- Your public profile record, including username and profile photo reference.
- Your friend list and pending friend requests tied to your account.
- Your room invites and private access records where applicable.
- Your saved per-user match history records and related account-linked profile data.
What may be retained
- Leaderboard or match records that have been aggregated into completed game history.
- Room or tournament records where your account appeared as part of a completed multiplayer match.
- Safety, fraud-prevention, or abuse-enforcement records where we need to retain limited information.
If data cannot be fully deleted because it is part of shared multiplayer history or safety enforcement, we may retain the minimum necessary record for those purposes.
Timeline
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 7 days and complete them within 30 days, unless we need to keep limited data for legal, safety, or abuse-prevention reasons.
